My first one
We all have issues, and we all try to solve these problems in different ways.
Keeping a journal or writing my feelings has never been a way to express myself. I am someone who is very fortunate, healthy and I know I am meant to do great things in life. I am very goal-oriented, and am the type of person that many would think that everything is alright.
I believe that no matter in what situation one may be in , we all have feelings like a rollercoaster. We all have ups and downs, and we sometimes do not know about how to feel at the time. Emotions are very strange, and I sometimes sit crying or laughing and try to understand why. Sounds like I may be bipolar by the way I am writing, or depressed, but I'm not. I'm just confused.
One day I am happy, and this happiness can grow, and then another day it is no longer there.
One of the reasons I am doing this blog is to get out of my confort zone. I normally take everything in and never let go. Having done that for a long time has made me feel worse. Maybe having a blog and putting it out there will help me of letting go of old feelings that still affect me today.
This blog is not meant to be about every sad or tough moment I feel, but it is also to express my good days.
Perhaps, this blog will help me find the solution or a pattern over my rollercoaster emotions, and in a way it could also help me too. I am very open to hearing from all of you who read this blog, and maybe I can connect with you through this media.
Feeling sad or happy can affect each and one of us, and it is okay to feel what we feel at the moment as long as we stay strong and keep going forward.
Today was not a good day for me, but hopefully by doing this it will make me stronger and better.
